A friend of mine confided in me that she wants to quit smoking. She has been smoking for about fifteen years, so this is not going to be easy for her. I told her about an article that I read in a healthier living magazine about an electric cigarette. I have not done any real research other than reading that article but I figure it is a start. She is really going to need a support system to be successful at this.
